Dvlp & implmt plans to reduce costs, improve business & increase sales, incl mktg/advtg strategies & campaigns. Identify ways to increase customer base & mkt share. Manage inventory. Prep schedules & manage staff. 20% short-term travel for business/meetings to sister store in Kansas City, KS. Wed-Sun 6PM-2AM.
