Our continuing expansion has created an opening for a District Service Manager based in our St. Louis, MO office.

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of our service business, including installation, planned maintenance contract fullfillment, and repair services. selected candidate will hire Service Technicians, ensure excellent training, and continue to build a high performing team in Missouri and Southern Illiinois. In addition, this position is responsible for ffinding and managing subcontractors; working with the sales department in setting pricing and quoting major projects; and maximizing customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution and good customer relations.

Experience and Skills:

The successful candidate will combine the following qualifications:

* A four-year college degree, construction management field preferred.
* A minimum of 3 years related supervisory experience, preferably in a field service or construction environment
* Strong leadership and coaching skills
* The ability to effectively communicate to employees, vendors, and customers at all levels
* A good mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn our business and products quickly
* This position requires moderate (up to 10%) overnight travel.
