ATS is currently seeking a Project Coordinator.
This individual provides planning, execution, leadership and training for large new business contracts. Provides team with leadership and total support to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Responsible for the execution of the documented startup project plan. May perform complex services and support to start new business. Requires in-depth skills in the Information Technology industries.
Responsibilities include:
Assist in preparation and managing the day to day activities of project plan
Develops and manages/executes start-up project budget and completion timeline.
Accounts for revenues & expenses (such as labor, overtime, Travel) for all startup activities.
Conducts meetings with the customer and management to communicate start-up activities and progress.
Travel to various customer locations to perform start-up activities 25-50% of the time.
Provides site specific training to customer and employees, including manager.
Coordinates startup and operational activities with third-party vendors and internal suppliers.
Coordinates with other departments to ensure proper implementation of all accounts and programs.
Monitors compliance with procedures and processes and recommends additional training as needed.
Qualifications
* Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
* Five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education/experience
* IT Project experience is preferred
