Under the general direction of the MO HealthNet Account Manager, the purposes of this position are to: 1) management and delivery of contractually required reports, documents and deliverables to the Client; 2) perform quality analysis on operational procedures and policies; 3) assist in the development of new initiatives and requirements; 4) manage application report monitoring tools; 5) network and desktop IT support for local office location and staff; 6) create and triage tickets for application enhancement and bug fixes

Handles Account Management/Client Services, Release Management, Application Monitoring, Local IT and Networking support.

Education and Experience:

Education: Degree in computer information systems or a certificate with industry experience comparable to undergraduate degree recommended. Degree in health administration or business management or comparable industry experience or education required. Advanced degree or comparable industry experience recommended due to level of responsibility and potential for direct and indirect supervision of other staff.

Experience: Analytical and problem-solving experience required. Project management experience and client management experience required. Experience in the health care/pharmaceutical industry preferred. Good communication skills (written and oral) required.

Job Skills:

Job Knowledge: Must have problem solving ability for data analysis and software testing. Have capability to manage local network and IT needs. Have project management and client management experience for client satisfaction.
