The Public Service operating group serves government organizations around the globe, as well as foundations, Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) and non-profit enterprises.

Description

The Support Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and interpreting business processes and requirements in regards to software application maintenance and enhancements. This role will provide technical and functional support in application troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

* 6 months experience with J2EE/Java platform
* 6 months experience with Oracle databases, PL/SQL
* Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualification

* Application Maintenance
