Processes intelligence and open source products for storage and distribution; provides collection maintenance; populates the ILS database using modified MARC 21 and AARC2 standards; Performs a variety of quality control, problem resolution, and other catalog management activities to ensure that bibliographic and authority records are in accordance with standards. Searches for bibliographic data with incomplete information or source material in catalogs, files, and databases

Required Education:
8+ Years with HS or 5+ Years with AA or 2+ Years with BS

Required Experience:

Required Skills:
Understanding of GEOINT; Basic research skills; Quality control/assurance; Records management; Oral and written communication skills; Microsoft Office; Circulation and cataloging software training. Knowledge of current practices, new technologies, and trends in bibliographic control are expected; Customer service skills a must.

Preferred Skills:
MLS or equivalent relevant experience preferred. Experience with ILS systems; Should know and have used MARC21 and AACR2R standards;
