We are currently seeking Full-Time Brand Advocates to build brand awareness and increase sales of cutting-edge consumer electronics. Our Sales Representatives work closely with customers and retail store teams, helping them better understand the products to create a more positive consumer experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about new technology and thrives on having a positive impact on customers lives.
The Brand Advocate is responsible for execution of strategies and tactics at a local market level driving sell-thru and recommendation rates, maintaining display hygiene, and resolving in-store issues. Brand Advocates manage the relationship at the stores (store manager, merchandising manager, install manager, service manager, consumers, etc.) to ensure goals are met. This person is required to provide top quality, detail oriented attention to products.
The Brand Advocate will:
* Offer a thorough understanding of the product line to the consumers and store associates
* Achieve goals such as sales, sell through, market share, and brand awareness
* Develop partnerships with store teams and schedule and perform new product/program training
* Maintain a professional appearance and presentation
* Complete administrative duties, including call reports, in a timely manner
* Provide written and oral communication in regard to strategy and execution to the Regional Brand Advocate Manager
Requirements for the Position:
Experience in retail sales (consumer electronics/home appliances sales preferred)
Superior communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to excel without constant supervision; must be a self-starter
Ability to travel within a designated territory via car and plane
Availability to work weekends and to join weekly conference calls
Access to a computer and reliable internet connection
Access to a digital camera and photo uploading capabilities
Position Qualifications:
* Maintain a strong knowledge of retail business, execution and products
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
* Ability to travel up to 70% of time
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proven time management and organizational skills
* Current, valid driver s license
Candidates must pass a criminal background check,
drug screen and Motor Vehicle Records Check
