Staffing Branch Director- Springfield, MO

Summary

Nursefinders, a division of AMN Healthcare and national provider of health care staffing for over 35 years, is currently seeking a Branch Manager / Branch Director for our Springfield Staffing Office. This is an opportunity for you to use your expertise to rapidly advance grow with an excellent company.

Our Branch Managers are responsible for the programs and business affairs of the office as a whole in their market. The Branch Manager will be responsible for taking the office to the next level. A successful candidate will mix new business development, continue to develop and nurture relationships with clients, and supervising the hiring and retaining of quality healthcare professionals- while maintaining Nursefinders ongoing staffing reputation for only accepting the highest in quality and care.

Our locations offer an excellent opportunity to take already very well established offices to the next level. We are looking for the right operations / sales professional to represent our company to local hospitals, nursing homes and clinic clientele.

Education:College degree preferred

Experience:

* Minimum of 3 year's proven sales and recruitment experience within the staffing industry.
* 2+year's of supervisory experience within the staffing industry.
* P&L experience and client quality control experience a plus.
