The “Hispanic Diversity Career & Resource Fair” will be held on Sunday, November 8, 2009. The event will take place at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Ferguson from 10:00am to 2:30pm. Our Lady of Guadalupe is located near Hwy 70 and Florissant at 1115 S. Florissant Road, Ferguson, Missouri. This unique job and resource fair will bring together local job seekers and employers who strive to meet the language needs of their customers and who want to demonstrate their company’s commitment to diversity in the workforce. At the same time, connecting the Hispanic and non-Hispanic community with resource they may need such as banking, education, insurance, and much more! If you’re someone looking for a new job, career change or resource need, take advantage of this great opportunity. In one location, in one visit, meet and interview with a wide range of companies for a wide range of job opportunities and learn about resources available to you. A few of the companies who are participating include Drury Plaza, Convergys, and many others. Job types include customer service, radio, management, housekeeping, temporary work, education, sales, transportation, finance, healthcare, retail and much more.
