This position provides a unique and challenging opportunity to become a member of a recently formed team focused on the elicitation, documentation, and management of business requirements associated with developing online sales capabilities for AT&T Wireless; Legacy Wireline; U-verse solutions. These projects will focus on enhancing the ordering functionality, complying with legal / regulatory requirements and customer experience of the website.

Chosen candidates will work in a virtual team environment (team members located across the globe, using online meeting software). Team members include: online channel managers, project managers, product managers, user experience specialists, visual & interaction designers, release managers, peer business analysts, and IT resources through all Software Development Life Cycle phases with emphasis on those representing idea discovery/elaboration and requirements creation/documentation/management.

* Leading/managing a diverse group of professionals and their associated work efforts in a virtual environment.
* Four year college degree or equivalent work experience in the discipline of software delivery technologies and concepts.
* Meet deadlines by mitigating risks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, continually seek process improvement, and drive decisions.
* Strong analytical, written communication, verbal communication, facilitation, organization, and leadership skills are required.
* Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint are needed to document requirements and prepare executive level presentations.
* All candidates must be highly motivated, flexible, and conscientious with the ability to work in a constantly changing environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Unified Business Requirements and Design - Lead / facilitate sessions to actively define Business Requirements in support of online ordering functionality, customer experience and post sales operations. Documents business requirements, including defining in written form; flow, navigation, use cases and customer interaction as built by IA. Serve as primary online client with responsibility for business requirement documentation and appropriate client deliverables through the online sales software development delivery process. Including validation of functionality and content in the test and production environments.
* Communicate - Provide project status / metrics with business partners such as Project Management, Product Management, Legal, Regulatory, Field Marketing, IT on a regular interval. Regularly secure feedback about product representation on att.com.
* Project / Process Management - manage the project to meet due date / milestone handoffs. Ensure solution building is a joint effort by initial goal is validated from beginning to end. Use checkpoints to care for small course corrections.
