Jobing Description

A small non-profit Social Services agency, located in St. Louis County, seeks an Accounting/Finance candidate. The ideal applicant will have five to seven (5 - 7) years of progressive experience in the field, be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities. This individual should be a highly motivated person who has proficient knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, Computerize Accounting Packages (AccPac) and computers.

A successful candidate will evaluate, integrate and manage a diverse portfolio of responsibilities, including:

 Finance;
- Accounting,
- Budgeting,
- Grants, Funding and Contract management
- Audits

 Human resources;
- Payroll,
- Benefits administration,
- Personnel records,
- Implementation of personnel policies

 Information technologies;
- Computer network administration,
- Office asset management (computers, office machinery, etc.)

 Risk Management;
- Policies, Procedures and Over-sight,
- Insurance

 Facilities Management;
- Maintenance and Housekeeping,
- Management

Skills / Requirements

The ideal applicant will have five to seven (5 - 7) years of progressive experience in the field, be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities. QUALIFICATIONS
A Master‚s degree in accounting, business administration or similar field.
5 to 7 years work experience in the field with progressive responsibilities
CPA or CMA preferred, but not necessary.
