Position Description:

This position is responsible for providing critical support to the Strategic Account Executive, focusing on data analysis and trending information designed to ensure the SAE role of strategic business partner with our customer is fulfilled. This analytic role will provide information, analysis and recommendations to proactively position the SAE to make fact based decisions about renewals and prepare them for client consultations. This position will also be accountable to act as strategic backup to the SAE by consulting with customers on all non-service related requests on an as-needed basis. The customer should view this role as an extension of the SAE. NBEA activities will also be required in this role.

Preferred skills or education in these areas but will consider candidates if the above qualifications are strong:

  Healthcare industry or similar industry knowledge
  


• 
  
  Experience with strategic business plans
  


• 
  
  Math or underwriting skills

Skills / Requirements

Qualifications:

• 
  
  Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience analyzing data, required
  


• 
  
  1+ years of data analysis and reporting experience is required.
  


• 
  
  Experience building and maintaining internal client relationships, required
  


• 
  
  1+ years of healthcare industry experience, required
  


• 
  
  Proficient user skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  


• 
  
  Experience conducting presentations required
  


• 
  
  Must possess a health insurance license or willing to obtain one within 60 days of employment
  


• 
  
  Project management experience is preferred.
